WDA’s Lauren McLane heads up our “Readying Yourself for the Draeger” CLE

On February 2, 2018, defenders in King County (as well as defenders from a variety of other jurisdictions who made the trek into Seattle) gathered to learn about the State’s new breath test machine—the Draeger 9510. We had a great time at the CLE and many defenders reported that they were looking forward to follow-up trainings! Attendees learned the basics about the machine, updates about ongoing litigation efforts in multiple counties, cross-examination of the breath test technicians, and how a defense expert can help challenge Draeger 9510 breath tickets.
