Asotin County is currently accepting proposal(s) for defense attorney(s) for the Indigent Defense contract for Superior Court which will include representations of felons, child support contemnors, and juvenile cases, including truancy matters.  3-year contract with a minimum yearly caseload of 70 felony equivalents.  Rate will be applicable to caseload, certification level and experience with a compensation range of $6,000.00 to $8,000.00 per month negotiated on an individual contract basis.
