ASSIGNED COUNSEL OF YAKIMA COUNTY SEEKS AN ATTORNEY II/III to join their team.

The Yakima County Department of Assigned Counsel (Office of the Public Defender) is seeking an Attorney II/III to join their team for a permanent, full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Admission to the Washington State Bar Association is required. Valid driver’s license & proof of insurance required.  The Attorney II requires four (4) years of directly related law practice experience. The Attorney III requires eight (8) years directly related law practice experience. Attorneys should meet the qualifications necessary to be appointed to adult Class A felonies under the standards adopted by the WA Supreme Court.
