Center for Children & Youth Justice Seeks Program Coordinator

CCYJ seeks a Program Coordinator to be part of a dynamic team responsible for CCYJ’s eQuality Project. The
mission of the eQuality Project is to create safer and more affirming youth justice, child welfare, and youth
homeless systems for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) youth through the
state-wide implementation of the Protocol for Safe & Affirming Care . Our passionate staff is deeply committed
to the young people for whom we advocate. We seek a Program Coordinator who is excited to improve
outcomes in the lives of young people by changing the way our systems and communities respond to LGBTQ+
youth. Our passionate staff is deeply committed to the young people for whom we advocate. The eQuality
Program Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that CCYJ fulfills its mission.

The Program Coordinator supports and organizes all aspects of CCYJ’s implementation of the eQuality Program.
The position drives, manages, and implements the day to day activities of the program, including administrative
support, meeting scheduling, training coordination, event planning, and data management for the eQuality
Program Team. The Program Coordinator also plays a key role in the development and administration of
training and technical assistance resources for the protocol implementation sites. The position also may direct
the work of program interns. This is a full time position.
