About Us
The Office of Justice and Civil Rights within the Office of the Secretary (OOS) is on the lookout for an ADR Third Party Investigations Administrator. In this role, you will be a guiding force, providing consultation, investigation, training, and support for the Department of Social and Health Services in civil rights investigations and dispute resolution. Join us in advocating for justice and equity within our workplace and for those served by Washington State’s DSHS.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Professionals with current active bar membership in good standing
- A Juris Doctorate from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association
- At least 5 years of experience as an attorney, with concurrent experience in supervision, mediation, arbitration, or omsbuds roles, policy research, and legal brief writing
