Feldman & Lee provides misdemeanor indigent defense services for six cities in Snohomish County through our Lynnwood and Marysville offices.

We currently have one opening in our Lynnwood office and one opening in our Marysville office for WA licensed attorneys to integrate with existing attorneys to provide full time misdemeanor indigent defense services pursuant to these contracts.

While we have been operating in a hybrid work environment since Covid, the courts we work in are requiring more in person appearances.  The ability to attend in person court hearings multiple times per week is required.

Salary is dependent upon experience, but we start associates with a year or less of experience at $75,000 a year.  We offer competitive medical/dental/vision benefits available. Also 401K eligibility with employer match, after 1 year.

Prior criminal defense experience is preferred but not required.
