Feldman & Lee provides misdemeanor indigent defense services for six cities in Snohomish County through our Lynnwood and Marysville offices.

We have an opening in our Lynnwood office for a WA licensed attorney to integrate with existing attorneys to provide full time misdemeanor indigent defense services pursuant to these contracts.

The start date is flexible – As early as December 14, and as late as January 4, 2021.

Our office is physically closed due to Covid-19.  Most employees are primarily working remotely.  However, the Lynnwood courts we practice in are still open to the public and clients do show up in person.

Therefore, you must be willing to come to Lynnwood at least once a week to appear in person in court with indigent clients.

Salary is dependent upon experience.  We offer competitive medical/dental/vision benefits available. Also 401K eligibility with employer match after 1 year.

Prior criminal defense experience preferred but not required.
