Feldman & Lee provides misdemeanor indigent defense services for six cities in Snohomish County through our Lynnwood and Marysville offices.

We have an opening in our Marysville office for a WA licensed attorney to integrate with existing attorneys to provide full time misdemeanor indigent defense services pursuant to these contracts.

The start date is between March 15 – March 22, 2021.

Our office is physically closed due to Covid-19.  Most employees are primarily working remotely.  However, we anticipate Marysville courts opening to the public very soon.

Therefore, you must be willing to come to Marysville at least once a week to potentially appear in person in court with indigent clients.

Salary is dependent upon experience.  We offer competitive medical/dental/vision benefits available. Also 401K eligibility with employer match after 1 year.

Prior criminal defense experience preferred but not required.
