Grays Harbor County RFQ Juvenile Court Defense Attorney

The Grays Harbor County Commissioner’s and the Grays Harbor County Department of Public Defense (GHCDPD) request statements of qualifications from attorneys experienced in providing
Public Defender Services for indigent parties for representation in Grays Harbor County. Both incustody and out of custody clients will be assigned to contractors for representation from
arraignment through trial. The County is soliciting for the following indigent defense contracts in 2020: Drug Court (1), Superior Court (no limit), District Court (6), Juvenile Court (1) and Juvenile Court Conflict (2). A Title 13 Guardian Ad Litem Contract will also be awarded to a qualified attorney following submittal of a resume and cover letter to the Board of County Commissioners by the due date.

GHCDPD is in the process of developing a defense delivery system model. Attorney input is welcomed and appreciated. The approaches will be client-centered, community-oriented effective
and critical solution to challenges within our criminal legal system.
