The Law Offices of Brice & Timm is an Everett, WA, public defense firm that provides legal representation to indigent parents in child dependency and termination proceedings under RCW 13.34.

We are seeking to add a full-time attorney to our team of parents’ defense attorneys. The successful applicant will have a passion for public defense and social justice and will be comfortable working with individuals experiencing poverty, mental health and substance use issues.
