Legal Counsel for Youth and Children (LCYC) seeks a strategic, creative, and collaborative individual to mold and advance our newest position, Development Director. We are looking for a charismatic individual who can build an inspiring development program, grounded in LCYC’s values, principles, and commitment to anti-racism. We are not looking for a one-person show. We are looking for a leader and a teammate to help LCYC effectively share its mission and impact, to increase engagement and support for LCYC’s holistic legal services, systemic change, and the young people we represent.

LCYC does not have a shared office space. All staff work from home offices.

This is a full-time position that requires a willingness to work some evenings and weekends, as well as occasional travel within the state. The salary range for the position is $70,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
