LCYC seeks a passionate, collaborative, and innovative leader, committed to social justice and anti-racism, to build, manage, and continually improve upon a new pro bono program in Washington state, dedicated to expanding access to justice for youth and young adults.

The Pro Bono Manager will create LCYC’s pro bono program, based in King County with the majority of our team, but also connected to the Voluntary Lawyer Programs around Washington. LCYC will collaborate with pro bono attorneys to increase capacity to serve youth and young adults through our Youth Homelessness Program, immigrant youth needing to access state court for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and youth in or exiting from foster care who do not have access to counsel. The Pro Bono Manager will work closely with multiple LCYC staff, the Volunteer Lawyer Programs, and other corporate and community partners.
