In 2017, the Homeless Youth Legal Network of the American Bar Association named Legal Counsel for Youth and Children (LCYC) as one of twelve model programs serving homeless youth nationally. In partnership with local schools, government, and community organizations, LCYC is expanding its Youth Homelessness Program to Walla Walla, Benton, and Franklin counties this year. We are looking for two passionate, collaborative, and innovative attorneys to help LCYC with this exciting new expansion initiative.
- We have an open position for one attorney in Walla Walla, serve young people 12-24 years who are or are at risk of experiencing homelessness in Walla Walla County. Coverage may occasionally include Columbia and Garfield counties.
- We are also hiring one attorney in the Tri-Cities area to serve young people 12-24 years who are or are at risk of experiencing homelessness in Benton and Franklin counties.
