Contract Attorney needed for Indigent Defense in Okanogan County, Washington. Hybrid position for both felony and district court, potential for juvenile court conflicts. Will consider all levels of experience but preference will be given to attorneys who are Class A, persistent offender, and sex offense qualified. Office space, equipment and assistant included in contract rate, which is DOE. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups, and meet the challenges of representing clients in a remote impoverished location. Flexible start date.
