Our Pro Bono department has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role to provide support to the firm’s Pro Bono Counsel & Coordinator & firmwide program. This role will be responsible for the coordination of the flow of confidential documents & track systems & projects for the firm’s Pro Bono program as well as support & help manage the annual & monthly Pro Bono program budgets. Maintain the Pro Bono Counsel’s calendar, document filing/archives & action items lists. This role will coordinate meetings including invitations, attendance tracking, agenda preparation & materials coordination & work closely with other executive & administrative assistants to provide back-up & cross-departmental support as part of the firm’s team approach.
