Seattle Community Legal Center Seeks Attorney

SCLC is a compassionate legal services organization, committed to delivering: high-quality trauma informed advocacy centered on client needs; honor for the humanity of every client; and a continually inclusive and collaborative environment for all. We make direct legal representation in Social Security matters accessible at the convenience of low-income community members in King County. We offer legal advocacy that accommodates disabilities and other barriers that low-income people may face. SCLC builds workable advocacy plans for clients that face poverty, language barriers, homelessness, limited transportation, and mental illness.

SCLC is hiring a staff attorney so that we may better serve the needs of community members in King County.

Salary is $45,000-$58,000 DOE. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, a retirement plan, medical benefits, and family leave.
