Snohomish County Public Defender Association Seeks Attorney II

The Snohomish County Public Defender Association is a non-profit organization committed to providing the highest quality of legal representation to our clients – indigent persons accused of crimes. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about public defense and dedicated to zealous litigation on behalf of our clients.

The Attorney Level 2 will represent clients charged with felonies in Snohomish County Superior Court. Applicants must meet indigent defense standards to represent clients on Class A and sex offenses (Indigent Defense Standard 14.2). Applicants must also be qualified to represent adults charged under the Persistent Offender Act who are facing life without the possibility of release. Qualified candidates will have experience working in Washington Sentencing Reform Act (SRA).
