TeamChild seeks a passionate and talented Director of Finance and Administration to lead and build the organization’s finance and operations infrastructure at one of the most dynamic times in the organization’s 20+-year history. The Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) is a key strategic thought partner with primary leadership responsibilities for finance, planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT. Working with TeamChild’s Executive Team, the DFA strategically focuses on the infrastructure required to support the organization today and in the future to meet the goals and mission of the organization. The DFA reports to TeamChild’s Executive Director, and is responsible for building, developing, and supervising the Finance and Administration team. This position is currently remote due to safety considerations. Once we return to the office, we anticipate the position will be located in TeamChild’s Seattle office at least part of the time. TeamChild is willing to explore relocating the position to another location for the right candidate.
