The AOC’s Office of Court Innovation is seeking a Senior Court Program Analyst to lead the Equity and Access Program. With AOC’s Office of Court Innovation’s Equity and Access Program, you will lead a team of skilled policy analysts and researchers who work on topics that are incredibly relevant to the issues we see in the court system today.
The Senior Court Program Analyst for the Equity and Access Program will provide leadership to a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring equal access to justice in the courts, especially for unrepresented court users and those who have been historically marginalized. They will work collaboratively with statewide partners and be an advocate for courts and the community in enhancing access to justice in Washington State.
We are looking for someone who is committed to addressing systemic racism and oppression, who understands the courts’ role and in engaging in strategies that will bring about systemic change. The Senior Court Program Analyst for the Equity and Access Program will work with stakeholders at every level on identifying and breaking down barriers to accessing courts, focusing on the experience of the court user who is least likely to receive equitable access.
