The City of Anacortes is seeking a Public Defender to join our Administrative Services team to provide public defense services to indigent clients.

Qualifications
Graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. Strong desire to work in indigent defense. Between five and eight years of progressively responsible experience is required. Experience in all areas of criminal law. Licenses and other requirements: Licensed attorney in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.
