The City of Pasco Office of Public Defense (OPD) seeks statements of qualifications from attorneys for an immediate position to provide misdemeanor public defense services for the City of Pasco.  The City of Pasco provides indigent defense services for misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases.  All cases are held at the Pasco Municipal Court in Pasco, WA.
