The Colorado Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel (OADC) is looking for a new team member to support its dedication to zealous, client-centered advocacy rooted in social justice, integrity, and humility.

The Municipal Court Innovations Coordinator will work to transform municipal court practice across Colorado by implementing innovative ideas that promote excellence in indigent municipal defense. The OADC is conducting a nationwide search for candidates motivated by this vision and a commitment to social justice reform. We seek a passionate advocate with a team-oriented approach to holistic public defense and a practitioner who approaches the legal system through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
