Yakima County is recruiting attorneys to contract for representation of adults charged with felony offenses in Superior Court. Must meet minimum qualifications to be court-appointed on felony cases under CrR 3.1. Persons meeting qualifications for appointment on more serious level of offenses are encouraged to apply. The contract is for annual terms with automatic renewals unless otherwise terminated by either party. The attorney will be an independent contractor. Compensation is between $118,325 to $126,284/year depending on qualifications.
