Columbia Legal Services is engaged in an ongoing organization-wide process to ensure that internal processes, practices, and values reflect a culture of fairness, equity and belongingness. CLS seeks a full-time Equity and Antiracist Strategist to lead this process and champion the importance and value of a welcoming, anti-racist environment. This Director-level position reports to the Executive Director and serves as an advisor and resource to all CLS staff and Board. The Equity and Antiracist Strategist will plan and implement initiatives that educate, empower, and connect colleagues around issues related to anti-racism and belongingness.
This position may be based in any CLS office; CLS office locations include Seattle, Olympia, Kennewick, Yakima, and Wenatchee. All CLS staff have the ability to complete some work remotely; however, this position will require some physical presence at the office, as well as an ability to attend required meetings at the office and in the community.
