We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time district court misdemeanor managing attorney. We are looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in indigent misdemeanor criminal defense, preferably in Washington state.

Position will be in-person from 8 AM to 5 PM, at our office in Vancouver, WA, conveniently located for mandatory in-person court appearances and jail visits. The ideal candidate would be comfortable mentoring new attorneys and have strong trial skills. We are seeking an established attorney who is flexible, organized and compassionate to help manage our growing public defense team.

Bilingual a plus. Eligible for retirement plan and employer matches for a portion of medical insurance to be paid after 90 days of employment as a full-time attorney. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications – to be discussed post interview.
