Job Summary

The ABA Center on Children and the Law is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney 2 position as part of our Health and Well-being project areas. This attorney will conduct substantive child welfare legal work for the Center’s grant funded projects on medical overreporting of Black and Indigenous families to child welfare, as well as other topics. The role will include legal research and writing on health, well-being, and race equity issues; technical support to multidisciplinary national and state-level advisory boards; and development of materials and management of content and technological aspects of issue-specific project websites.
