The Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) is looking to enter into contracts with solo practice attorneys and/or multi-attorney organizations who will provide legal services to individuals eligible for a Blake vacate of a Simple Drug Possession conviction and refunds of paid LFOs and third party costs. The hourly rate is $135 for attorneys and $70 for paralegal/staff. OPD is seeking responses to RFQs as follows:
