• Mitigation as an Ethical Responsibility
• Ethical Issues and Revised Criminal Discovery Rules CrR/CrRLJ 4.7
• When Judges Cross the Line the Ethics of Dealing with Unruly Judges, Responding to Judicial Rudeness, Bias, Hostility and Misconduct.

5.75 Ethics credits have been requested, including 1.25 Anti Bias, Equity and Inclusion.
