Magda Baker, WDA’s Misdemeanor Resource Attorney, will discuss what documents to request from the Department of Licensing when representing a client charged with DWLS and how to use those documents to spot possible legal issues in DWLS cases. Magda will cover legal issues that stem from the reason for the license suspension and legal issues that stem from the way the Department of Licensing tried to notify the client of the pending license suspension.
