On Friday, April 14 at noon, WFCJ is offering a free, one-hour Zoom CLE in appreciation of those who have supported the seminar over the years.

Luke Baumgarten has led the efforts to litigate an issue surrounding the external standard of the Draeger Alcotest 9510 breath testing machine used by the Washington State Patrol. Multiple Washington Department of Licensing Hearing Examiners are suppressing the breath tests and rescinding suspensions in administrative licensing hearings following DUI arrests.  Luke will explain this issue to attendees, provide briefing, and discuss legal strategies to argue this issue.  Alex Uskoski will also be present to answer questions.  Jason Lantz will provide a brief update on this year’s legislative issues.
