Public Defender Nat Jacob and Anya Callahan from Jefferson County Public Health explore the links between client-centered advocacy and evidence-based harm reduction. This presentation will include an explanation of harm reduction: a brief history, legislative updates, and how harm reduction can provide public defense clients with a meaningful and secular alternative to traditional treatment modalities.
