Training covers structuring cross-examinations for attorneys at levels to advance the theory of the case using the Pozner and Dodd chapter method of cross-examination, working from general questions to the specific to develop the points of emphasis and concessions from witnesses favorable to defense on  issues of importance; practical tips for setting up impeachment of witnesses, including how to source the questions; and exploiting the availability bias  to focus jurors on the defense case in deliberations.
