This CLE provides an overview of exceptional sentence law. In this training, we will discuss strategic and practical information for investigating and litigating mitigation when preparing to seek an exceptional sentence below the standard range when representing clients with felony charges. This CLE is designed for both attorneys and investigators and will be presented by Cindy Arends Elsberry, WDA’s Felony Resource Attorney.
