Presented by F. McNamara Jardine, Michael Nagle & Thomas Rossback, this seminar addresses RCW 71.05 behavioral health disorders (Formerly: Mental Illness). It will cover a brief history of Washington State involuntary civil commitment.  It will include application and analysis of relevant evidence rules, statutory assessment case law, and defense strategies. The last half hour of the presentation will address the attorney’s ethical duties.
