Rescheduled: A History of Prison Law (Part 2 of 2)
This webinar has been rescheduled to Friday Sept. 27th from 12:00-1:15 PM.  This CLE will explore the history and law relating to the rights of incarcerated individuals, exercise of those rights and the procedures to address violations of those rights and available remedies.  This CLE is a primer for defenders who want to better understand the landscape of rights and litigation concerning discipline and conditions of confinement.   This CLE is intended for criminal defense attorneys, investigators, and other legal professionals.
