Understanding data related to your client’s breath test can be invaluable when trying or negotiating their DUI case. This webinar will address getting, understanding, and using data from the Washington State Patrol breath test discovery website. Presenter John Gleason will discuss using that data to spot issues that can render a breath test unreliable, including:

• Problems with the 15 minute observation period
• Invalid breath samples and mouth alcohol
• Breath samples for which the Draeger detected an interferent
• Breath tests where duplicate breath samples do not agree
• Hardware errors and trouble shown in log files
