We are excited to bring you this all-day, in-person training for both investigators and attorneys. Sessions on interviewing alleged victims of sexual abuse and interviewing law enforcement will address protocols, tactics, and strategy. Sessions on investigating using social media and on investigating DUIs will help attendees learn to find information important to their clients’ cases. A session on creating videos for negotiation and mitigation will help lawyers and investigators tell their clients’ stories. Finally, a session on investigators as part of the defense team will cover effective collaboration between lawyers and investigators in serious felony cases.
