The CLE will include presentations by legislators and a reprise of our January 10 webinar on the legislative process. The confirmed legislators include Senator Jesse Salomon, who is a public defender in Renton, Rep. Roger Goodman, Chair of the House Public Safety Committee, and Rep. Mike Pelliciotti, the prime sponsor of our Failure to Appear bill.
We also will be arranging meetings with key legislators throughout the day and can help you with meeting your senators and representatives so you can practice your legislative advocacy skills.
