DUIs Without Breath ...

DUIs Without Breath or Blood Tests from Motions to Verdict
DUI cases can be difficult to try. Kim La Fronz and Sophia Posnock, who are lawyers with the King County Department of Public Defense, will discuss information and strategies defenders can use to defend clients charged with DUI at trial. They will focus on cases without breath or blood tests, including those where a client refused a breath test and those where no breath test was offered or the court has suppressed the breath test. Topics will include pretrial motions, motions in limine, and each stage of trial. Defenders will leave this webinar with practical tools that will help them effectively prepare to take DUI cases to trial.
