In the past 3 years, there have been several major developments in the law leading to a significant number of individuals going back to court for a felony resentencing hearings, stemming from recent legislative changes and significant Washington Supreme Court decisions.

In this CLE, defenders will hear about the current legal landscape of resentencing cases, as well as tips and strategies for working with a client in DOC, and building a successful reentry plan for any client who may be released immediately or in the near future.
