This CLE is dedicated to and intended for those fighting Washington’s mass incarceration through decarceration. We will discuss strategies and practical tips in cases involving resentencing, early release from the IRSB, clemency, pardons, and extraordinary medical placement.

This CLE will be free and available to defense attorneys and team members and legal volunteers who work in this area or who are interested in learning more about this area.
