This CLE is intended for criminal defense attorneys and legal team members fighting every day for their clients and working to end Washington’s mass incarceration through reducing sentences at the front end and advocating for shorter sentences and early release at the back end.
Presenters will include experienced trial and post-conviction defense attorneys and individuals with the lived experience of long-term incarceration. Sessions include:
