Learn about the legislative process and the ways to most effectively participate in it.  Washington has a part-time legislature that conducts most of its business during the 60 day or 105 day legislative sessions held in the early part of each year.  This first half of the webinar will focus upon the process of how a bill becomes law and the second half on the specific legislation that WDA and WACDL expect to be working on in the 2020 session which begins January 13.
