This webinar seeks to bridge the divide between immigration and criminal legal proceedings, and will include practical tips for representing noncitizen clients who are in immigration custody. Topics will include: what to do when your client has an ICE hold; how to communicate with your client in ICE custody; how to support your client’s removal defense; and how to resolve your client’s criminal case after their transfer to ICE custody.
