Trueblood: What You Need to Know as a Defender
Join WDA on Friday, February 10 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for a webinar about the latest updates and changes in the law related to A.B. v. D.S.H.S., or more commonly known as the Trueblood decision. Kari Reardon will facilitate this discussion while you hear from the lead plaintiffs’ counsel on A.B. v. D.S.H.S. (Trueblood), Chris Carney from Carney Gillespie and Kim Mosolf from Disability Rights-Washington, about the latest changes with Trueblood and issues public defenders need to know such as:

  • New and upcoming forensic services such as forensic community navigators
  • Updates about the current length and reasons for forensic health delays
  • Understanding the pitfalls and concerns of Trueblood
