Attorney Nat Jacob will provide a brief legislative summary of SB 5226, the new law governing when a person’s license may be suspended in the third degree.  The purpose of this presentation is to educate participants about changes to the law, provide practice tips for educating clients about the benefits and pitfalls of SB 5226, and address any questions.
