Presented by WDA’s own Annie Benson, Jonathan Moore and Sara Sluszka, this webinar CLE will provide defense attorneys with updated information and analysis of the Trump Administration’s immigration enforcement policies and practices. These brought dramatic changes to the administrations priorities for who, how and when they apprehend, detain and deport noncitizens. These changes have significant implications for how defenders represent noncitizen clients. The CLE will also provide defenders with current 2018 strategies for effective representation of noncitizen clients in light of these changes.
