This training is for trial and appellate PRP attorneys to identify legal barriers to preserving parent-child connections in the time of COVID and to discuss ways to prevent relational disruptions. These strategies include litigating in person visitations and other forms of contact, preserving the record, protecting reunification planning, and preventing termination  of the parent-child relationship.
