Presented by Jason Lantz, a leader in the Washington criminal defense bar’s fight to expose problems with Draeger breath test machine, this CLE will cover the intersection of law and the science of the Draeger. Jason will give an update on current challenges to the reliability of Draeger breath test results based on software problems and on data the machine generates. He will discuss using these issues pretrial and arguing them to a jury.
