Grays Harbor County Dept. of Public Defense Seeks Panel Attorneys
February 3, 2026 | Erin Stewart

The Grays Harbor County Department of Public Defense is seeking to increase the number of public defense panel attorneys. The plan is to improve the GHC public defense environment by introducing a generation of compassionate and client focused practitioners. Client focus entails attorneys looking at each action taken and confirming that the action supports the client and client goals. GHC DPD is looking to add several attorneys for District Court and Superior Court felony cases all levels (attorney may request case limit).

This year, the fees for indigent defense services increased in Grays Harbor County (GHC). All qualified attorneys are urged to submit applications as soon as possible pursuant to the RFQ for 2026 indigent defense representation.  At: https://cms5.revize.com/revize/graysharborcounty/Public%20Defense/Docs/RFQ-DPD_2024.pdf
