OPD will enter into a contract or contracts with solo practice attorneys and/or multi-attorney organizations who will provide legal services to individuals who may be eligible for Blake relief in county courts, particularly individuals in custody of DOC or in the custody of corrections systems outside of Washington state; serve as resource or co-counsel to existing OPD Blake contractors; and client representation on resentencing and vacate motions. View application procedures.
